Romantic Cookie Art

This fully hands-on workshop is all about baking crunchy butter cookies and turning them into exciting little  art pieces, using a simple 3-step piping technique that will give you neat and beautiful results on each and every cookie. After baking and decorating a few cookies, you'll just fall in love with them, so much so it's going to be a little bit difficult giving them away!
Recipes include a master butter cookie recipe with vanilla, citrus, coffee, chocolate and spice flavour variations, a safe homemade royal icing and a healthier reduced-sugar butter cookie recipe.
